- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for multiple services or add-ons purchased during a service call. The online estimate tool is approximate and usually on the high side as it does not take into account multi-service discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple! Customers can call for a quote or go straight to our website and use the online booking tool. That tools allow you to see price estimates base don your inputs. Those prices dont include discounts so its always good to talk to us via phone, text or email. We can even come out and provide a free estimate onsite
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of working in residential homes and commerical properties doing everything from moving, estimating, cleaning, installations. I also spent over 8 weeks recently in chemistry and fiber related classes that focus specifically on carpets and floors.
