- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote based on the project and provide every client with a truly bespoke experience, tailored to their budget and needs. Video projects can vary wildly in pricing and though I do have a "shop minimum" for first time clients, returning clients receive discounted rates and priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to hop on a quick call, get to know the project a bit and then determine an acceptable budget. After that I create a customized service proposal and digital contract, collect a deposit and send along an online shared file link where the client can drop their content. Next I provide a quick, short video to make sure I am progressing through the project to expectation. Beyond that a full length version is sent, we enter revisions, and finally a non-watermarked final version is sent over after the balance for the project is paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been editing video for over ten years, proficient in Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, and many other digital creation tools.
