As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Mark went on to work in some of New York City’s most exciting kitchens. Having worked up the ladder at the venerable Gotham Bar Grill to the level of Sous Chef, Chef Mark then went on to become the Executive Chef at several of his own restaurants. This is where Chef Mark was reviewed by the New York Times earning three stars once and two stars at three other restaurants. Chef Mark has also been acknowledged by many periodicals in the food world as well as from local and national newspapers.
Chef Mark has recently made Asheville his home in order to be closer to nature and spend more time in the company of his dogs Molly and Milo.
