I scheduled an appointment; the day before I checked in to see around what time they were coming… luckily I did because they had no intentions of showing up! All i had was a running toilet which I was charged $215 for but paid $219 because he didn’t have change! I also had a pip that needed to be replaced because it was cut to short and just needed a new piece but he wanted to charge $175 extra!! If you want to get robbed call these guess smh

Hi Michelle sorry that you feel like we did not give you 5 star service with your visit. As far as the leaking pipe under your kitchen sink that you said 2 other companies you hired that did not fix it correctly the first time we got it to stop leaking for you as a courtesy free of charge. And suggested it should be replaced correctly. We ask could we reschedule the day before because we stated we was dealing with an emergency ( someone with no water ) and we apologize we did not have 4 dollars in change to give you . The toilet repair comes with 1 year warranty we and fully licensed and insured company and very competitive pricing compared to larger companies. Again sorry you was unhappy with our service we will look for ways to improve.
