- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are as follows: $5 per signature and if I have to travel, I charge for traveling. The fee can be discussed at the time of confirmation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Confirm all details. The Who, what, where and when. Give them the confidence that they can rely on me as a signing agent/ notary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended class and received my certification for notary.
