We just bought a new house and needed new locks. Even though I didn’t have any knowledge about locks or what we needed he was super helpful and told me everything that we would need to complete the job. Even though the job took longer and was more complicated than we expected he was very professional and patient and made sure not to rush the job just for the sake of completing it. I felt like he really cared about the people that he helps and he wanted to make sure every need was taken care of. I would highly suggest him and will use him again if the need ever arises!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
45.00 service fee, 20.00 a cylinder to rekey. double sided keyway locks is considered 2 cylinders. 2 keys included. 30 day warranty. 95.00 flat rate for all lockouts. dead bolt and door knob lockout is 125. all other work is based on work needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer to find out what they need or want done. I send an estimate. schedule the work and except payment once the work is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
certified locksmith and advanced locksmith certifications. Licensed by the state of North Carolina.
