- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the services provided. We offer On Site Service in your home or business at an hourly rate and flat rate pricing when equipment is worked on at our Shop. Our flat rate pricing is the best value to our customers as it allows us to work on multiple devices as once. Often many services require the "computer to do the work" such as scans or maintenance services. We feel our clients shouldn't have to pay for a service while the technician is "twiddling their thumbs". For our Flat Rating Pricing we accept drop offs from our clients by appointment and if you need your equipment picked up we can perform that for a nominal travel expense based on mileage. Our pricing is always agreed upon up front so there are no surprises when it comes time for payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Performing a brief consultation over the phone to ensure we have a full understanding of the services required and requested. We will determine whether an Onsite Service or Drop Off Service is best suited for their needs and what options will be the most economical .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians constantly take classes provided by the leading companies in technology including Microsoft, Apple and Cisco. In addition several of the large computer manufacturers such as HP and Dell offer partnership programs which include hands on training and web seminars. We also subscribe to multiple online forums to stay on top of new technology and review what others are saying before we recommend it to others.
