First, I would like to thank StormGuard for taking on the project of rebuilding the roof on my single wide mobile home. I had contacted over 10 roofing companies who turned me down on doing this project. When I called StormGuard, they immediately took on the project. First, the consultant came out and talked to me and looked at the roof and said that they could take on the project. next the consultant and the salesman came out to inspect the roof to give me an estimate of what it would cost to rebuild the roof. Then we talked about if there will be extra materials that would be needed to repair any parts of the roof and cost. Weeks later we set up an appointment to discuss payment plans and choice of colors for shingles. Last the appointment was set up for the man to come out and start. The scheduled date came and the men showed up started on the roof immediately, and the work was completed in one day. after completion, all materials were cleaned up and disposed of, and everything was left neatly and cleaned. all the employees were very respectful and caring of the property as they completed their job. I would recommend StormGuard to anyone that is looking to have their roof repaired.

When the customer contacts us, we set an appointment with our specialist and inspect the issue for free. After the visit, the client receives a link with all the pictures, the inspection results, and the estimate. After the contract is signed, our project manager starts the steps to build the project.
