They did come out , but I never seen a quote , not even a proposal of repair plan or anything, but they ask the app to exclude everyone else , i really think they are joking.

When the customer contacts us, we set an appointment with our specialist and inspect the issue for free. After the visit, the client receives a link with all the pictures, the inspection results, and the estimate. After the contract is signed, our project manager starts the steps to build the project.
