FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are billed at an hourly rate and other expenses may apply. A five or eight-hour minimum per day applies, depending on the type and location of the case. You can expect to be billed the full rate for each hour we are performing the services you retained us for, plus 50 percent of the full rate for travel time, and $.67 per mile for mileage reimbursement to our investigators, protection agents, and security consultants. We require a retainer and establish a general services agreement to open each case. We also proudly offer a discount to active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and educators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide FREE and CONFIDENTIAL initial consultations. During the initial consultation, one of our case managers will learn about the circumstances of the case from the customer and determine if our agency can help. We then describe what the case might look like and determine an initial estimate for the retainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our investigators and protection agents are licensed and insured in the state they operate. Our security consultants are not required to hold a license but are equally insured. Our team is comprised of former or retired law enforcement, government agents, and US military. At a minimum, our agents have at least 12 years of experience, with most having 20+ years of experience.
