From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone at Flooring Today was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel valued. They were a breeze to work with—especially Jeremy, who was very polite and knowledgeable. The crew that installed the flooring was highly skilled and efficient. They did an excellent job installing the laminate and made sure everything was done correctly. They also cleaned up all the old carpet and scraps after the job, leaving everything neat. Their expertise made the process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Flooring Today and their team. Jeremy was fast professional and saved me money. He did a phenomenal job resetting my carpet after a water incident. He also did an awesome job replacing my “peel and stick” vinyl flooring with a luxury updated plank and it did not cost extra. I intend on hiring Jeremy for another project in the near future.

Jeremy provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help with my project. His prices were more than fair, and he offered to not only do the job but added on additional options like delivery and to haul away my old carpet. He was quick to respond, was in and out in less than a day, and our floors look great. He was a life saver and I would definitely recommend him

My kitten decided to pick at the carpet in the bedroom in my apartment and I couldn’t leave it like that because I’m moving this weekend. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can complete large projects in one day if neccessary, for a little extra fee. I charge by the sq ft flat rates... and do offer pricing at 100 per hour for repairs. I am very good at estimating! very very good at estimating how long a job will take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer has materials onsite, and tells me it's ready... 24-48hours later... i show up and stay till finished!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprentice for 2 years. partnership for 5 years. Independent 18 years career flooring installer.
