I had a flood in my basement and called all the National Name Brand flooring companies and couldn’t get ANY of them to come give me a quote in a timely manner. Jeremy was fast professional and saved me money. He did a phenomenal job resetting my carpet after a water incident. He also did an awesome job replacing my “peel and stick” vinyl flooring with a luxury updated plank and it did not cost extra. I intend on hiring Jeremy for another project in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can complete large projects in one day if neccessary, for a little extra fee. I charge by the sq ft flat rates... and do offer pricing at 100 per hour for repairs. I am very good at estimating! very very good at estimating how long a job will take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer has materials onsite, and tells me it's ready... 24-48hours later... i show up and stay till finished!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprentice for 2 years. partnership for 5 years. Independent 18 years career flooring installer.
