FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straightforward pricing for every customer. We also are proud to offer discounts to first responders, teachers, veterans, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with a phone call to understand what is going on with your home then book the appointment. You will be notified every step of the way. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation from our system and when the tech is on the way, you'll get a picture, a quick background, and a phone call from the technician telling you how far out they are. Once in your home, the technician will address your concerns and do a thorough evaluation of your entire home to identify any problems that might be leading to your existing issues (if any). The technician will share anything they noticed from their inspection and get your approval before any work is done. Technician's vans are fully stocked to make most repairs onsite and our team will do everything possible to get your problems fixed immediately. Your satisfaction and health are our top priority and we will do all we can to provide the best service you've ever experienced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
