- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our competitive pricing starts at $600 for up to 3-hours. We provide discounts to non-profit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to contact us to determine your needs and budget. We will then request you complete our inquiry form to determine your specific needs. A deposit is required to secure your booking. We will also discuss your theme, event colors, and hastags to create an event banner and digital backdrop. Once everything is secured (I.e. logistics, contract, and deposit), we will be available for any questions or if additional needs arise. We will arrive at least one hour prior to our start time to setup and provide troubleshooting of the machines. Last stop, it’s showtime!
