Amazing service!!!!! Cornelius was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Without even seeing my unit or knowing what the issue was, he reached out after he saw my request on Thumbtack to see if I had my issue resolved by other repair men. I let him know what the previous repair men said, but let him know I had not completed the repairs yet. He researched and found out that the parts needed were covered under warranty when the other repairmen said it was not and tried to charge me. He continuously followed up and made sure to work with my schedule and was very accommodating. I highly recommend him and will be using him for all my future HVAC needs. Thanks Cornelius!!

Same day service, honors Choice Home Warranty Insurance which none of the others did, showed up same day which none of the others could, stayed until unit was working properly, spent considerable time sending requested diagnosis and discussing solutions and cost with insurance. Cornelius was very patient and professional, great tech and great company, good pricing, would use again!

Our heating unit went out on the coldest day of the year( Xmas eve). Our big name installer was closed and didn’t provide an emergency/after hours contact. Cornelius actually responded on Xmas day and was at our house the next morning diagnosing our situation. He was able to replace our circuit board in a matter of hours.
