- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are not set in stone. The less required for a session or ritual, the less of a fee. The more complicated, extensive and intensive rituals and or sessions are , the more expensive the services become. Discounts are available to Military service members and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
phone conversation to understand exactly what their needs are and what exactly is going on within the home and / or themselves. I explain briefly what I will do when I show up at the home. When I show up, I will set up and go into step by step what will be done to correct the problem or situation. Give a briefing and counsel aftwards. Ask the homeowners to go thru the house one last time, before I leave, so they can feel the immediate difference within the home and make sure they are satisfied .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training came by way of spiritual awakening and death of both very close grandmothers. From there, it was not a choice for me, but a calling that wouldn't be ignored. Twenty years of learning from the ancestors and spirits when communicating with them is the only way. Guidance and counseling came from The High Priestess at times of uncertainty during these years. Initiation was complete once I made the week long trip to my ancestral motherland and recieved the (ancestral)shaman ring and necklace from my mother.
