Had to deal with Aptitude directly. Info from Thumbtack was incorrect. Staff member at Aptitude was courteous and efficient. Workers who picked up our junk were efficient and exactly on time. Will work with them again, as needed.

Quoted one price on the site ($125) then upcharged after accepting the job then increased the price in person. He wanted $250 but I told him I would only pay $175.. Scheduled for 0700 then pushed back time to 1400. After arrival, only took part of the bags of trash leaving 10 bags behind after I refused to pay more money. I now have to get someone else to finish the job.
