- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $30 diagnostic fee up front. This fee will get applied to your final invoice. Example: Parts-100 + labor-50 - discount-40= Customer pays $110. Additonally if we have to order parts and can not solve your issue, we will not charge you for the repair except for the flat diagnostic fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to send them a message to get more information on the issue they are having. If its something we can solve, we will absolutely help and if its something we can't then we will recommend them to someone who can help
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are A+ certified and have years of knowledge in the field
