We charge a $40 diagnostic fee up front. This fee will get applied to your final invoice. Example: Parts-100 + labor-50 - discount-40= Customer pays $110.
Additonally if we have to order parts and can not solve your issue, we will not charge you for the repair except for the flat diagnostic fee
