- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $40 diagnostic fee up front. This fee will get applied to your final invoice. Example: Parts-100 + labor-50 - discount-40= Customer pays $110. Additonally if we have to order parts and can not solve your issue, we will not charge you for the repair except for the flat diagnostic fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to send them a message to get more information on the issue they are having. If its something we can solve, we will absolutely help and if its something we can't then we will recommend them to someone who can help
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved computers from a very young age. I didnt know how to get into the industry until recently. In my spare time I am always trying to build or create something useful and cool at home.
