My pricing is always clear and upfront — no hidden fees, no surprises. I offer fair rates based on the size and condition of the furniture. For larger jobs or repeat clients, I’m happy to offer package deals or discounts. I believe in delivering great value for every dollar you spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand what kind of furniture you need cleaned and what condition it’s in. I can give you a quote based on photos or a quick chat. Then we schedule a convenient time — I always arrive on time, bring my own equipment and supplies, and make sure everything is spotless before I leave. I also give you tips for keeping your furniture fresh between cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I haven’t taken formal courses, but everything I’ve learned has come from real experience. I’ve spent a lot of time understanding different fabrics and testing safe, effective cleaning products. I continuously improve my technique through practice and careful observation, always aiming for the best results with the most care.
