Blake did not arrive at the scheduled time after having waited a month for an appointment. He arrived an hour earlier and then left a note in the door that I would have to call and reschedule. There was no courtesy call to tell me he was there or that he was on his way. Very frustrating experience. He did not deal with me with courtesy after the fact. Basically it was, too bad, it was your fault. Deal with it. He seemed like he was too busy to care about me, the customer. Going out of my way to make sure I was there at the scheduled time, as a single parent is hard with juggling so many other things. He was driving when I called him back to reschedule and he said he would return my call later to schedule an appointment. He never called me back and I had to call repeatedly to get him to call me. It was like trying to get me back for being a demanding customer. I am very dissatisfied.He was quite immature about the mix up and he lacked professionalism.

Dissapointed! Our driveway, front walkway and patio are striped! Never before have I seen such awful cleaning, supposedly "professional". I will say, most of the house was good, though parts were never touched, even though I spoke directly about those areas. Our front and back steps were touched, though not well. Should have been contacted, as we were to pay some extra for work, we were never contacted.

My wife and I just bought a home in Rock Hill. The exterior siding was in bad shape with mold and mildew. On 4/21/14 Blake came to our home. The transformation that our home has taken is breathe-taking! Blake did the whole exterior, driveway, sidewalk, and deck. I can not stress enough how wonderful our home looks now. Started out in high school working as a lifeguard for competitive indoor Olympic size pool. Hot water cleaned 3500 sq.ft. of locker room twice a month and over 10,000 sq.ft of pool deck once a month for 5 plus years
What types of customers have you worked with?
House and surface cleaning are the most common. Mild and algae thrive on the north side of the house where the proper amount of shade is present.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find out if they start cleaning at the top or bottom of your home. Why?? Because, if you clean from the bottom to the top you dont run the risk of chemical streaking
