- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure comes down to each individual job and is based on the number of colors, size and shirt style that the customer is looking for. The more pieces that are ordered, the better the price is per item. We like to stick with a minimum of 36 pieces but will try our best to accommodate any size order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out all the details upfront so the process can run as smooth as possible. Once i have the design, colors and garments picked out, we can typically send to print and have an order complete within 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had previously worked at a screen print shop in the area growing up and learned as much as i could. I have attended a couple of classes and continue to work with highly trained design and print professionals in the industry.
