Gary Larson with G5 Tech Solutions LLC responded immediately to my need to regain access to my computer and wipe clean all viruses, malware and trojans after my computer and a financial account was hacked. I am so glad I chose G5 Tech Solutions LLC for my laptop. My laptop had fell and it couldn’t come on. I needed a screen replacement. I was able to get Gary to come out and fix my laptop with ease. Gary is a super nice guy down to earth and was super quick to respond to my issue. I am not troubleshooting savy when it comes to computer hardware or optimizing computers and Gary was able to quickly identify my boot up issue as a faulty ram stick in under an hour.
