Our typical process for working with a new customer is as follows: 🔹 Initial Contact: When a new customer reaches out to us, either by phone or through our website, we gather basic information about their appliance issue and schedule a convenient appointment time for a service call. 🔹 Service Call: One of our skilled and licensed technicians will arrive at the customer's home during the scheduled appointment window. They will assess the appliance, diagnose the problem, and provide the customer with a detailed estimate for the repair cost. 🔹 Approval and Repair: If the customer approves the estimate, our technician will proceed with the necessary repairs on the spot. Testing and Warranty: Once the repair is complete, our technician will thoroughly test the appliance to ensure it's functioning correctly. We back our work with a 90-day labor warranty, giving customers peace of mind. 🔹 Follow-up and Payment: Payment can be made on-site by cash, check, or credit card. Throughout the entire process, we prioritize clear communication, professionalism, and transparency. Our goal is to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers, ensuring their appliances are repaired quickly and efficiently.
