I had a very easy fix. But I’m not a tech expert. Raheem called me, had me send pics of my broken chord. He told me that it’s an easy DIY. Buy new chord from Walmart, $25. Uninstall broke part, install new part Voila. Another company quoted me $125 so he saved me $100
