Introduction
Hi there! I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. Two years ago I decided to deep dive into self awareness and completed 300 hour yoga and meditation training course in a beautiful jungle of Bali. Last year I decide to share the tools for wellbeing that I have been practicing for nearly two decades. I completed 200 hour Hatha yoga training on a beautiful island in Thailand.
If you are looking for more peace, calm, flexibility, strength, resilience - I am here to customize a yoga practice for your specific need. I feel passionate about taking care of our bodies because it has provided ability for me to enjoy life's miracles on so many levels.

Nataliya is a wonderful yoga teacher and I really enjoyed her classes. She incorporates mindfulness in her yoga practice which I appreciated. She is very knowledgable about yoga and is able to tailor her routines according to her students' needs. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable; able to modify group routines based on ability levels of students. Always provides just enough challenge and variety for a solid restorative workout being overwhelming. Nataliya has the ability to both exude and create a relaxing energy in provided environments. Overall a great instructor... and yes, I would say better than most.
