Introduction
Hi there! I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and a half. Two years ago I decided to deep dive into self awareness and completed 300 hour yoga and meditation training course in a beautiful jungle of Bali. However, last year I decide to share with others the tools for wellbeing that I have been practicing for nearly two decades. I completed 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training on a beautiful island of Kho Phangan, Thailand.
If you are looking for more peace, calm, flexibility, strength, resilience - I am here to customize a yoga practice for your specific need. I feel passionate about teaching how to take a good care of our bodies because it has provided ability for me to enjoy life's miracles on so many levels. I love skiing, biking, occasionally indoor rock climbing, and dancing. My consistent yoga practice supports my desire to explore the life to its fullest. I can help you to do the same!

Knowledgeable; able to modify group routines based on ability levels of students. Always provides just enough challenge and variety for a solid restorative workout being overwhelming. Nataliya has the ability to both exude and create a relaxing energy in provided environments. Overall a great instructor... and yes, I would say better than most.
