Hi there! I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and a half. Two years ago I decided to deep dive into self awareness and completed 300 hour yoga and meditation training course in a beautiful jungle of Bali. However, last year I decide to share with others the tools for wellbeing that I have been practicing for nearly two decades. I completed 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training on a beautiful island of Kho Phangan, Thailand.
