- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and seamless! We start with a free consultation to understand your needs, whether it’s a closet cleanout, organization, or resale assistance. Next, we schedule an in-person or virtual session, where we help declutter, organize, and identify items for resale. If you choose to sell with us, we handle pricing, listing, and selling your items on our platform. Throughout the process, we provide expert styling and organization tips to maximize your space and wardrobe. Our goal is to make the experience stress-free while helping you refresh your closet and even earn from unwanted pieces!
