- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discounts for military and veterans. We also run monthly gate specials as well. Book in October with over 100’ of wood fence and get a free 4’ gate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and set up a free estimate, meet for appointment and go over needed items and communicate what they’d like or want and what’s the purpose to give our opinion on a better solution as well.
