- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face. Give a customer an opportunity to meet me and visit the work I have done thru Pictures and referrals. There is no obligation in meeting. There is value in a handshake, understanding our temperaments and earning trust. It works for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wood working is a trade. Its developed over a period of time learning from other craftsman. Learning to use tools through workshops and class rooms. Your distinction shows in ones work. I attended the University of Tennessee before Vietnam and Graduated from American University after Vietnam.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Thru out my life I worked with wood in my homes, doing repairs on timber and furniture. I retired from my work in the early 1990's and have been doing wood working ever since.
