Nin T. says, "I would’ve given 5 stars, but as a business owner, it bothered me that the final price was much more than was agreed upon. Did it require them to do more work? Yes, but I was more than happy with putting the project aside but they kept insisting they could get it completed. They tried a few things, to make the light work, but ultimately they ended up changing the light switch (customer provided) and it worked. Was I willing to pay more for their effort? Absolutely. But an added $90 to the cost was unexpected. And it was not told to me until they were done. I would not have agreed to the increased cost had he stated it upfront and would’ve just waited until my dad was better to have him complete the task. No idea how the cost for the one light doubled. But I paid, and lesson learned. Not to mention I never complained about the male breaking one of the glass pieces on the chandelier. Even if we wanted to reuse it, we couldn’t now. Plan on using the service? Make sure you ask for cost each step of the way. Mine went from $210 to $300 without me knowing. Now imagine if all I had was $210. What would have happened? Lesson learned… next."See more
