- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each garment has a degree of difficulty, manipulation, and intricacy therefore, pricing is determined based on the item itself. A policy that I have is that when doing embroidery work: every job gets the first 10,000 stitches FREE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself by answering the emails received in an expeditious manner. My responses are tailored to their needs and wants. Answering all questions as best as I can with accuracy and details. There are times though that I cannot fix, or accommodate their special needs but but I WILL always offer suggestions to the problem. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As with any technology it important to stay one step above with education and constantly honing your skill. This makes the customer (you) happy that any potential obstacles can be overcome.
