- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep an eye on going rates and try to give people the best bang for their buck.Lower than retail and relevant to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to present options that people probably haven't thought about,such as astic perifial lines, viewing angles, sound directions, wiring concealment... I dont try to upsell I just present options and do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a wide variety of training related to everything from customer interaction, technical information, assembly, electrical, surround systems, and tv mounting and many other things.
