FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always convey to the customer that the cheapest bid isn't always a good choice, try to go more towards the middle high area. You get what you pay for and any professional that values his work and will warrant his work will put a dollar amount on it that portrays these values.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet with my customers first to put a face with a name. First impressions last the longest. Then we can both go over the project and come up with the best solutions at the best price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years experience building custom homes and carpentry work. I have a degree in Building Construction Technology with a minor in Carpentry. I am also a certified firefighter.
