- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to have the best pricing in town & still offer quality customer service. We do have discounts available such as military & elderly. Our maintenance program also provides a 10% discount on repairs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we try to establish is a good rapport with every customer, we will also gather information such as the owners full name, email address, home address & a phone number. so that we can update or system with the new information. We will also talk about what the current issue is or what questions/ concerns the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and have over 12 years of experience in the field in both service & install of hvac equipment. We also continue new education with training from venders to stay up to date with all new equipment.
