- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different but we know what it's like to run a small business. We rock the video, we show up as professionals with all the right gear, but we price things out in a way that makes sense for small business owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything begins with listening. Each step of the way, whether in this process or even once engaged in the project, we start with our ears. We listen to you, listen to the initiative goals and listen to the target customer. Then, we think. We think about the limitations and ways to break through them. We think about ways to do something fresh, something new. We think about the plan on a high level with a big-picture mindset. To us, thinking always comes before response (or action). Third, we respond. We take those plans and produce incredible work for our customers. We stay flexible to push the envelope to address an ever-changing market. We design and tweak. We build and optimize. We deliver. And then, when we’ve delivered, we listen again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience. We've been doing this for quite a long time, so we have all the kinks worked out and know what it takes to pull off a solid video project. We have redundancies in place, and we guarantee our work. And just because we have been in this field for awhile doesn't mean we are dinosaurs either. We are constantly evolving to stay ahead of the curve and being a unique value to our customers. Not only can we shoot and edit killer videos, but we can teach you how to get the most eyes on them, and use video to grow your business.
