Although I chose not to repair my 10 year old LG I was more than pleased with the time and effort Roland and MCE used working with me. The charges were reasonable and fair. LG service support was a BIG disappointment and I witnessed first hand the discourteousness of that company. I will not replace my fridge with LG. In fact, based on this experience I will not buy another LG product. However, I will call MCE again for service

We hired MCE after an epic fail by our home warranty company. They got to us quickly, fixed the problem, and our only regret is that we didn’t contact MCE first! We highly recommend them.

I really appreciate the fact that Mark was so quick to respond, when we spoke I happened to be prepared with the model number from my dryer & he was able to get the part and head to my home. My dryer is working beautifully & Mark is a really nice person! In the future, should the need arise I will definitely call MCE Services.

Mark was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Was able to quickly move our vent hole from the side to rear of the dryer. Would definitely recommend and use again!
