As a Vacation Rental company, it is our job to ensure guests are checking into houses in the best possible condition. That being said, we had a violent wind storm that pulled soffit off of one of our ocean-view vacation rentals. After talking with Rayford, he and Austin were able to make it into Surf City (on a Saturday) and fix the blown off soffit prior to our new guests checking in. They worked quickly, provided us with quality work, and had excellent communication- all at a great price. We will be using them again, and recommending them to owners in need of repairs.
