ACC Roofing replaced the roof and did an excellent job. My house is roughly 2000SF and has an attached 2 car carport that makes for and "L Shaped roof that required roughly 40 squares. It took 12 hrs for the complete job. Each crew member knew their role and worked well together. I took the day off to observe and was very pleased with the quality of work. Keeping the Course lines straight is made easier with the markings on the newer synthetic underlayment than it was back in the day of tarpaper & chalk lines. My roof has a 8/12 pitch that transitions to a 4/12 at the front porch. Special care was taken at the transition with additional ice and water shield to prevent water from blowing under the shingles. Any suspect sheeting for water or heat damage was replaced. The chimney flashing was also replaced. They took pics during each step for the manufacture's warranty (Certainteed). I was very pleased with their work and the roof's appearance. Christian was great to work and made sure everything suited me. He is familiar with what is needed for insurance claims and provided separate quotes breaking out the insurance work. All in all - very pleased and would rehire this contractor.

Christian went above and beyond in supporting me with all my questions and requests as I am looking for the right roofer and construction people to work in our property damaged by water. Although his company actually services areas 3 hours away from where we live, he still looked at our property although he could have just said, "there was a mistake here," but he still went and looked at how him and his crew can help. The entire experience working with ACC Roofing was great! From the moment Christian reached out regarding my inquiry, his communication was very thorough and detailed. I reached out to several companies regarding the replacement of my roof; however, Christian was the only one who gave me the best pricing without trying to determine how much money I had to spend and he was totally upfront about every detail of the project! He didn’t try to sell me other unnecessary items nor did he try to tell me anything just to get my business! Christian is very down to earth and certainly understands from a homeowner perspective! In addition to doing an outstanding job on my roof replacement, his crew left my yard the way they found it and cleaned up everything.
