So far I have been so pleased with John. We hired him to support an elderly family member with eating issues to support critical weight gain. She is 20% of the way to our target after a month. He is prompt, responsive, professional, human and non judgmental. He demonstrates a flexible attitude with someone who spent more than a decade not taking care of herself. I am looking forward to continuing to work with him.

This man is wonderful and his plan is affordable. Currently he’s helping me recover from my binge eating disorder. I haven’t binged in two weeks following his plan. I constantly message him my struggles with my eating and relationship with food. He’s always been supportive, replies quickly, and given me helpful advice and solutions. He deserves more than 5 stars, just absolutely wonderful. ☺️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Presently, I charge $50 per session for personal training. My specials include $70 for couples and a 5% discount for 20 sessions. This pricing includes a nutrition plan and ongoing nutritional counseling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you agree to work with me, we will schedule our first Zoom session. I use the first session to assess your limitations and strengths. It is also a time for you to get to know me and get comfortable working with me. I always proceed according to your pace. From that point on, we work together to reach our goals. I have been on this journey with many clients. So, I help can you through the rough spots and celebrate your victories.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former champion athlete. I have two bachelor degrees from San Diego State Uni. and Grand Canyon Uni. I am state certified as a nutritionist. I am a licensed herbalist and I am a certified personal trainer. I'm constantly increasing my knowledge and sharing it with others.
