Introduction

Interview Coaching is my specialty. I help clients go from interview to job offer. I love to work with women who need more confidence before their interview. After all, interviewing is such a specific form of communication that we don't do every day! Practicing in front of a stranger who is there to provide encouragement, strategies, honest feedback and emotional support can go a long way to acing the interview. I offer 50-minute consulting sessions where we can: - Conduct a full mock interview. You send me the job description and your resume in advance and I interview you as if I worked for the company you're aiming for. or - Focus on developing answers to the questions you're most afraid will be asked. Each session also includes a curated list of interview resources, common questions, and tips. I am a certified coach who brings 12 years of experience in the corporate world including years as a Director of Talent Management. I've been on the other side of the interviewing table, so I know what is really going through the interviewer's mind and what's most important to convey. Currently offering sessions over video chat, phone, or in-person for clients local to NC.

**Disclaimer: You can add "professionalism" and "punctuality" to the field which asks what I like about working with Kendra as 3 items are the max! I recently started working with Kendra about a month or so ago and found her randomly on this site. She is my first "career coach" I've worked with so this dynamic is a bit new to me... I needed a professional to assist me with mock interviews as I have been seeking a job for over a year now. Three words: She. Is. Amazing. I jive very well with her style and pragmatic approach. She is not only very honest in her feedback delivery but does so gracefully. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat! Most recently (this past Mon night), I found out that I was selected to advance to the 3rd (final) interview with an amazing company for Wed morning. I frantically called/emailed her to ask for an emergency 1-hour mock interview role play for Tuesday. She got back to me immediately and made time for me so that I was well-prepared for my interview with a VP and Sr Dir this morning! Truly grateful that I found her and for what she does!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$118 for a 50 minute session. Sessions can be scheduled at kendraneipp.com
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email some ‘food for thought’ questions prior to our first session that are optional for you to start articulating where you are at in your life and career. During our first session you share the goals or topics you’d like to discuss and I will ask you questions, explore solutions and help you move forward. It is up to you as to how many sessions you’d like to do. We can meet just once or once a week, once a month, etc.
