- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can price jobs by the hour or by the job, depending on the nature of the work. My minimum charge to come out is $129. Hourly rates start at $75/hr and are billed in half hour increments. For those customers who prefer flat pricing in advance, I am happy to price work as well. If the job requires 2+ more people, I have a small team that works diligently and quickly. Jobs that require more than 1 person are priced on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I can provide an estimate over the phone or by email if the customer has measurements and/or photos. In cases where the job requires an onsite assessment, I will come to the location, introduce the company, assess the situation and give an exact quote. We will arrange payment plans and project timeline/deadlines as necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classes include carpentry, basic plumbing. basic electrical, green energy building, water testing & treatment for installation, and jobsite safety training.
