- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all! You receive a flat fee that includes everything. Simple and straightforward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an outline that I've developed that I share with my couples. That's the starting point that allows me to know a bit more about them and what they want in their ceremony. I am happy working with my couples in whatever way makes them comfortable via phone, text, email or in-person. It's about making your day easy and special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Officiants are not required to complete continuing education credits but I take it upon myself to continually review and incorporate the best practices in ceremonies, assess recommendations in event planning and staging, etc.
