- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system, but also allow custom pricing if the client's needs are different than what is traditionally requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll assess their needs. Second, we'll talk through the pricing so that it fits within their budget. Next, I'll send an estimate. If a deposit is required, it can be paid online or in person. The balance will be paid two weeks before the event, we'll show up at the event and execute with perfection!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team's expertise is rooted in decades of real-world experience in event planning and production, equipping us to handle a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
