- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't think I have a typical process for my clients. Every client is so different. I like for our initial session to be more of a consultation. We both have to see if we're going to be a match for each other. Do your fitness goals align with what I have planned for you? Are you looking to run a 5K in 3 months? What strengths do I have to get you there? After we've decided we'll be a good team, I'll spend a couple days creating a plan for my client. Once we have a plan that we are both comfortable with , let the training begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my B.S. in Kinesiology & MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park. I am a certified ACSM Personal Trainer, with additional certs that include, EXOS Performance Specialist, TRX Instructor and AFAA Group Exercise. I'm qualified to work one on one with clients or in a group setting!
