  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have straight forward pricing. Our price for home inspections is $350 up to 1500 square feet and an additional $25 for each additional 500 square feet. Pest inspections are an additional $100 with a home inspection.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We recommend clients come by towards the end of the inspection for an informative walk through of the home and property. We inform our clients of our findings during the inspection, give helpful hints and knowledge towards home ownership, and answer any questions they may have.
