- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have pricing comparable to those in the area. The service is excellent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to the customer, learn about them and their pets. Then arrange an in-person meeting. It is important to be clear about what they need and WANT so that we can make sure their service matches or exceeds their expectations. We aim to please, always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kelly says: I've been meeting and exceeding pet owners' expectations all of my life. Heather and I have been doing it together for over 10 years. Pets always vet our credentials when they meet us.
