- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our work based solely on the square footage of your home. We want to keep it as simple as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the needed questions to give you an accurate price and schedule an appointment. We answer any questions you may have to make sure you are comfortable and well informed with the process. We also invite our clients to be present during inspections to answer any questions that may come up during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Inspectors are state licensed and insured. We go through a continuing education program to maintain our license and keep our knowledge base up to date with current trends and standards.
