Chuck was a man with integrity and very knowledgeable in his profession. He drove an hour to get to my house in order to do my inspection upon his arrival I had spoken to the homeowners insurance company who is telling me that they might not be able to ensure me because of all the New restrictions. I told Chuck that and he said to me that we would hold off on the inspection and that once I find out about insurance that he would come back and do the inspection. He was very upbeat about the situation and was not at all disappointed in the fact that she was unable to do the inspection. He even took the time to point some things out to me About the house At no charge and that is someone I like doing business with.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I can't hold back any longer due to the numerous follow-ups and appointments I've had to deal with. After the inspection of my new house in late March, I discovered several issues: - The dishwasher wasn't working. - The sensor on the sink tap was faulty. - The finishes throughout the house were so poor that I had to schedule multiple appointments with a drywall company to get them fixed. - Several wooden steps were damaged with nail pops. - Multiple spots on the wooden floor were creaking. - The outlets in the master bedroom's bathroom weren't working. - The glass door in the living room leading to the patio was broken and wouldn't close properly. - Many blinds in the house were either too short or incorrectly installed. - The garage door wasn't closing completely, leaving a gap at the bottom. - The master bedroom tub had a hole, which forced me to replace the entire tub. I already regret choosing this builder, but I wish my inspector had caught at least half of these issues so I wouldn't have to deal with the constant follow-ups to get them fixed. Some of these problems are still unresolved, and I'm at my wit's end.

Cole was professional, punctual (slightly early even!) and knowledgeable. He helped identify issues that I needed to do further due diligence on with regard to a home purchase. He produced a report with pictures at the end which was clear and detailed. It was useful and helped me negotiate the price of the property down with the seller. I have no one to compare him to since this is my first home, but was satisfied with the work.
