Bill was great. Not only did he install a new faucet in my kitchen, but he also changed my bathroom shower head at no additional cost. Oh, and I almost forgot, on his way out he stopped to add some additional screws to the railing on my porch ramp. He did't want anyone to get hurt. Can you beat that!
