Richard is a great guy! Knows what he is doing and also very much by the book. I won't lie at first when I saw the name Holy Water Plumbing, I thought I can't wait to see this "Christians" quote. To my surprise the guy actually lives up to being a Christian. I will use him again myself and if you don't want the burn in hell.. you will use Holy water plumbing also..🤣🤣 All joking aside, Richard is great!!

I highly recommend Richard. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, conscientious and takes the time to explain every step of the way. He replaced the old galvanized piping in my house with Pex, replaced a water line to my frig, installed a new kitchen faucet and generally just went out of his way to make sure everything was in working order before he left. I am very pleased with his service and will certainly call on him again. I am confident in his abilities and professionalism.

Richard installed a whole house water filtration and softener for us last year. He also upgraded our pressure tank and made a few fixes to poor workmanship that was done by the builder. Richard was very prompt and professional. He installed a water filter system which we are really enjoying. The water tastes great and this may be the best money we have spent . He also talked to us about other plumbing changes we will need to make in the future. Richard is personable and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise . Did you know that plumbers do not need to be licensed in NC? All you need is to work for a company that is licensed and you can call yourself a plumber. Water damage is the worst kind! Ask before you hire a non-plumber. Rich Britton is licensed – he did the schooling & the work! He just did a complete replumb of a tankless hot water system in my home and the work is perfect. In the past he has replumbed a shower for me after a major leak caused considerable damage. This company does things the right way. No hustle. They evaluate, clearly explain everything, and give you options to fit your budget. Their pricing is fair and considerably less than other companies I have used. Rich is a professional, careful, thorough, and honest owner/operator. I highly recommend Holy Water Plumbing.
