Raquelle was very prompt replying to me and came out to my house to repair my treadmill within a few days of contacting her. She was on time and very professional. She fixed my machine, did a full maintenance check, and cleaned it. She then had me test it to see if I was satisfied. I was! I would definitely recommend Gym Keepers!

I bought a used treadmill and needed someone to come look at it for maintenance and potential repairs. Raquelle was absolutely amazing! She was thorough with her inspection, cleaned it up, and got it running smoothly! She also made recommendations for repairs it will need in the next year. I can’t recommend her enough and will be using her for all my treadmill maintenance and repairs in the future!

Raquelle was excellent! Very glad I found her. She answered my request within the same day, with a quote. She came out to look at the treadmill the next day. She was able to fix the issue and performed some preventative maintenance included in the visit. She charged the amount quoted and I will absolutely hire her again for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend.

pro responded within a couple of hours, was able to visit within 24 hours, Arrived on time, developed a plan for me to order needed parts. Parts were sched to arrive 10/2/2024 and appt was scheduled for 10/3/2024. Parts arrived earlier than expected, pro was able to come a day early and problem corrected. Punctual, knowledgeable, professional, would definitely recommend and not hesitate to use again in future.

Raquelle did an excellent job. Took the treadmill apart and cleaned it completely. Troubleshoot and found the issue but alas she explained that the machine was so old that they no longer made the Parts for it. She also checked with an OEM manufacturer who also stated that he did not have the part in stock but could possibly get it in as either a new or used part. Have left my email address with them and they are supposed to let me know if and when they receive the part. Raquelle Was great to work with and I felt very confident with her diagnosis and work quality.
