- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all of our jobs on sight to ensure that you, the customer, are only charged what is necessary for your specific repair. All pricing has to be accepted and approved by the customer prior to our technician beginning his work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather general information from the customer such as your property address, what type of project you need help with, and appropriate contact information. Once we have created a new customer profile we will get you on to one of our technicians schedule at a time most convenient for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers from small and large residential homes, to commercial buildings and hotels.
