To say that I am thoroughly impressed with this company is an understatement. The technician was punctual and professional--- took the time to listen to my concerns and then exceeded my expectations. He paid attention to every detail, including grout lines and hard water spots on my glass shower doors that I thought were etched in. Now, my bathrooms look brand new! The quality of the service was exceptional, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the level of effort and service provided. These guys saved the day! My toddler decided to finger paint with stamp ink all over the living room. (I have light cream carpets) Three days before my parents 50th anniversary party. Imagine, a rainbow of colors on light carpets and walls, it was a site to behold for sure. Trying to clean it with an arsenal of carpet cleaners was futile. So in a panic I started googling carpet cleaners. No one could get to us for at least 3 days. That would leave us with no time to let it dry and set up for the party. When I reached out to Voda (I had never heard of them before, but they had great reviews), I was immediately booked for the next morning. Not only was the appointment scheduling quick, Paul (the manager) was the one to come out and take care of us. He was very pleasant as he worked. He gave steady communication and updates with every step. I highly recommend giving them a try.
