Minor job at a fair cost that helped resolve MAJOR issues! Definitely worth the expense to check one more thing off of the home repair/improvement list. It’s all in the details: Chris adjusted the flow and pitch of the gutter along the front of my house, replaced one damaged downspout, and added an outflow elbow to another downspout that originally drained through a buried pipe(pics shown). The buried pipe would clog up completely during periods of long, heavy rains(also, pipe had been installed by original owners beneath a poorly done asphalt driveway). This would allow water intrusion into the finished basement below. Chris and I agreed that this would correct this problem. I’m very satisfied with the results of this job by Chris and will hire him again for future jobs at my home. Highly r
